The local cuisine in Mexico is so tasteful that we enjoy all the goodies that can be found here. Our first encounter with street food in Mexico is at La Guerrerense in Ensenada. They serve different types of tostadas. What a wonderful taste explosion. The basis is simple. They have fried tortillas, similar to our tacos. A small amount of mayonnaise, then a ceviche of your choice, can for example be made from seabass, tuna or octopus, and finished with some avocado. Then you can drizzle some hot sauce over it, some lime and ready is your delicious tostada. In Mexico you only pay 5 euro for this! We will certainly save these recipes and ideas and we may use them in the future for a new restaurant or cookbook.
