TRAVEL TO LEARN FROM OTHERS

In June 2017 we sold our restaurant in the Netherlands to go back to our two greatest passions: Cooking and travelling. The first year was all about our culinary quest through different continents. We learned how to cook Sri Lankan Curries, Filipino adobo and in West-Papua we discovered the local underwater cuisine.

In Australia we had the chance to show off our skills at a winery in Kerfuffle and cook a great lunch for more than a hundred people. We took all this information with us to develop ourselves as better chefs.

A PREDILECTION FOR ADVENTURE

AUTHENTIC FOOD AND GOOD STORIES

In our second year as freedom cooks we depart to the Americas and will cook with what our surroundings  offer. We want to cook locally, at RV sites, surf spots, in your own home or as a kitchen take-over at a local restaurant. As a bonus we hope to learn from local chefs who we want to visit.
